Following the list is my own explanation to each number.
1. A real man is strong
He doesn't go to the hospital over a scratch, doesn't let a cold stop him from going into work, is the protector of the family, and doesn't let the negative in life get him down, because he strives to keep going.
2. A real man is focused
He knows what's important in life and what isn't. Sex is not his main priority and providing support, family, and his career is.
3. A real man knows the importance of family
Your locality is to your family. Your honor and pride goes into them while never forgetting who you are and where you came from.
4. A real man doesn't gossip
He thinks about his words before he speaks. He keeps secrets to himself and only tells what's needed onto others. He doesn't discuss topics he doesn't know anything about.
5. A real man's word is his bond
When he makes a promise he keeps it, no matter what!
6. A real man strives to be a role model
He's respectful and always sets himself as an example.
7. A real man makes his own fortune
He doesn't accept handouts nor charity. He works for what he wants by setting his own goals in how to be successful, then strives for that success.
8. A real man doesn't look like a woman
He doesn't have piercings, long hair, and owns a suit.
9. A real man keeps his house in order
His place doesn't need to be spotless, but it does need to be organized. Having food everywhere is disgusting and displays laziness. Keep your place clean and decent so that you'll have the ability to find things and show a female what kind of man you are.
10. A real man can defend himself
He knows to stand up for himself when needed and doesn't let others walk all over him.
